Conquering Island Peak and trekking to Everest Base Camp with Haven Holidays was an experience of a lifetime. The entire journey was meticulously planned and executed. Our guide, Pemba was incredibly knowledgeable about the climbing and supportive, making us feel safe and encouraged every step of the way. The Sherpa team was exceptional. The accommodations, while basic, were comfortable given the remote location. The food was surprisingly delicious and filling, providing the necessary energy for the trek. The highlight, of course, was standing on the summit of Island Peak. The views were breathtaking, and the sense of accomplishment was indescribable. Haven Holidays truly made this dream a reality.
