Booking and Payment:
a. Booking should be made through the company's official website, email, or authorized agents.
b. A deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
c. Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateway.
Cancellation and Refund:
a. Cancellation of booking must be made in writing, and the cancellation fee will be charged based on the number of days before the start of the tour.
b. If the company cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.
c. No refund will be given for any unused services during the tour.
Insurance:
a. Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients and should cover medical expenses, personal accident, and emergency evacuation.
b. The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour.
Itinerary Changes:
a. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or any other events that are beyond our control.
b. If there are any changes to the itinerary, the company will inform the clients as soon as possible.
Liability:
a. The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour.
b. The company is not liable for any injury or loss caused by the client's negligence or actions.
Health and Fitness:
a. Clients should have good physical fitness and mental health to participate in the tour.
b. Clients should inform the company of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
Code of Conduct:
a. Clients should follow the local laws, customs, and traditions during the tour.
b. Clients should respect the local culture and environment and avoid any behaviour that may offend the local people.
