After spending some time in Patan Durbar Square and Bangalamukhi Temple, we go to explore two ancient cities of Lalitpur: Khokana and Bungamati. After spending a couple of hours there, we drive to Bhaktapur for the next day's Bhaktapur exploration.

After breakfast in the hotel, we head to Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur is an ancient town in the western part of Kathmandu valley. The town is dominantly inhabited by Newar people who also are the locals of the valley.
In Bhaktapur, we take a walk through the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which was built by the Malla kings around 500 years ago. You can see the architectural excellence in the wooden pillars and beams of the temples. Naytapola temple, the five-story temple, is one of the most famous temples in Bhaktapur. Also, you will go to Siddapokhari, a big pond built in the Malla Dynasty in Nepal and explore the quality of time there. You will also taste “Ju Ju Dhau,” which is a locally made curd popular for its taste before driving to Nagarkot for an overnight stay and the next day's sunrise and mountain views.
