Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Kathmandu Arrival and check in Hotel

Our staff will pick you up from the airport and bring you to the hotel, where you can refresh and relax. Our team and guides will provide you necessary information about the trip by the evening. 

Day 2 : Kathmandu: Hindu Pilgrimage Sites Visit: Pashupatinath, Hanuman Dhoka Durbar, Budhanikantha, Patan Durbar Square and Dakshinkali Temple (B/B)

Today, we go and visit Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square, Patan Krishna Temple, Dakshinkali Temple, Budhanilkantha and Pashupatinath Temple. Most of these holy sites are UNESCO World Heritage Sites located in Kathmandu Valley. 

While exploring these sacred sites , the tourists can have an astonishing insights of authentic Hindu religious and civilizational highlights which will leave an everlasting impacts on you. 

End the tour and stay overnight at hotel in Kathmandu. 

Day 3 : Kathmandu: Changunarayan Temple, Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Sanga(5 hrs)

Initially after breakfast, we will head to Changunarayan and explore and offer a holy prayer to lord Vishnu. Actually, Changunarayan is the ancient Hindu Temple from Lichhavi Dynasty of Nepal. 

Next, we go to Bhaktapur and visit all Hindu religious temples and palaces from the ancient times. The authentic Newar culture and civilizations along with the authentic Newari cuisines will mesmerize you during the visit. 

More importantly, you will head to Sanga where the massive statue of god Shiva stands to welcome you. This holy visit will bless you immensely with Hindu blessings of Shiva/Mahadev.

Day 4 : Drive to Manakamana Temple and then to Gorkha(7 hrs)

You will, initially, leave Kathmandu and drive for Manakamana Temple. Before you get to Manakamana/Kurintar or Cable Car, you will drive through several country settlements and popular Trishuli River. Trishuli river is very popular for white water river rafting in Nepal among the adventure lovers.

Arrive at Kurintar and ride cable to get Manakamana Temple located at the top of the hill. The temple is astoundingly popular among the Hindu devotees and the also offers some magnificent mountain panoramas including Manaslu and Ganesh Himal. 

You offer a holy prayer here at Manakamana Temple which is believed to fulfill your wishes. After that, you will drive to Gorkha where you will visit two sites: Gorkha Palace and Gorakhkali Temple. The temple and the palace were forts in the past and now you can offer sacred offerings to the goddess Kali as a Hindu devotee. The palace and the temple also offer you some astonishing mountain views including Manaslu, Himal Chuli and Ganesh Himal.

You will stay overnight at Gorkha Bazaar at hotel. 

Day 5 : Drive to Pokhara and do half-day sightseeing tour (5 hrs)

After you have breakfast at hotel, you leave Gorkha for Pokhara. Within 4-5 hours of drive, you will arrive in Pokhara and check in Hotel and get refreshed. In the late afternoon, you will go for sightseeing tour to Davis Fall, Gupteswor Mahadev Cave, Talbarahi Temple, Mahendrabarahi Temple and the grand Shiva statue located in Pumdikot. Pumdikot also offer you an incredible mountain panoramas including Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Himal Chuli, Annapurna and Machhapuchhre. 

Stay overnight at hotel in Pokhara.  

Day 6 : Drive to Muktinath and explore it (7 hrs)(3762 m)(12,343 ft)

You leave Pokhara for Muktinath after a beautiful breakfast. You drive to Beni first, then, to Muktinath. You will drive along the smooth concrete road and later along the off country road at the end while you are approaching to Muktinath temple and the Jomsom city. 

Then, you will go to visit Muktinath Temple, offer a holy prayer and have a sacred and refreshing bath from 108 water taps. You will enjoy this holy pilgrimage visit to Muktinath Temple with the giant mountain panoramas to astonish. 

Stay overnight at lodge at Muktinath. 

Day 7 : Rest and Exploration Day at Muktinath(3762 (12,343 ft)

Actually, sometimes, we can not reach Muktinath on the same day after we drive from Pokhara and we have to use an extra day for the visit, prayer and exploration. So, you can use this day as an extra day exploration and rest day at Muktinath. 

Optionally, you can drive back to Pokhara as well if you want.

Stay overnight at lodge at Muktinath or hotel in Pokhara. 

Day 8 : Drive back to Pokhara ( 7-8 hrs)

You will leave Muktinath celebrating a beautiful drive along of country off road and then you will begin driving along the smooth and comfortable road. 

This drive today will be enjoyed by every traveler as the landscapes and the mountain views are magnificent to view.

Drive through Beni, Nayapool, Naudanda and Kande and get to the hotel in Pokhara. Check in hotel and get refreshed. You will enjoy a beautiful dinner at the Lakeside, Pokhara. 

Day 9 : Drive Back to Kathmandu ( 7 hrs)

Morning, after breakfast depart from the hotel for interesting drive or fly back to Kathmandu. The road follows on main busy highway, after leaving the Trisuli River, and then the road climbs on winding up to the outskirt of Kathmandu valley. From the high end of the valley rim, the drive slowly enters the busy bustling city of Kathmandu. On reaching Thamel or near about then check into respective hotels, afternoon free at leisure for individual activities and evening Farewell Dinner with Nepali  cultural program.
