Pokhara Tourist Bus: The one-way fare by tourist bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara will cost around NPR 800-1,500 (8-10 USD), while a night bus takes around 6-7 hours to reach there, traversing 200 km of distance. These buses are really comfortable, with several early morning and late evening bus services.

Private Car from Kathmandu to Pokhara: The cost of hiring a private car for a private, more flexible journey comes around NPR 15,000–20,000 one way, or approximately 115–150 USD, which takes 6 to 7 hours over the distance of 200 kilometers. The drive is along the Prithvi Highway passing through Trishuli River Beach, Mungling and Damauli.
